Ricardo
Meet Ricardo,
A compassionate, generous, and emotionally intelligent support worker who brings a positive can-do attitude to the Vis-Ability Support Services team. Ricardo originally hails from South America where he practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for 4 years. As a Clinical Psychologist in South America, he supported people living with a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and psychiatric disorders. Ricardo hopes that in the future he can practice psychology in Australia but for now is extremely passionate about using his skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of support as a support worker.
Ricardo’s hobbies include:
- Listening to music
- Reading and writing
- Playing guitar
- Going for runs
- Playing basketball
Ricardo enjoys support work as he is naturally drawn to helping others, and it allows him to listen and connect with people from different backgrounds and all walks of life.
