A patient, compassionate, and calm support worker with the Vis-Ability Support Services team. Rhian is in her final semester of a Psychology degree and will be finishing her degree in November. On top of her studies Rhian has worked as community support worker with both adults and children. She has also worked as an Allied Health Assistant, focusing on helping individuals build autonomy through learning domestic skills, reading and writing, gross and fine motor skills. As an Allied Health Assistant she drawn to working with people living with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Rhian enjoys support work as it allows her to meet and connect with new people and assist them in achieving their personal goals whilst fostering a sense of confidence and independence.
