
A kind, empathetic, and compassionate support worker who brings her friendly and easy-going personality to the Vis-Ability Support Services team. Olivia is in the final year of her psychology degree and is on the path to become a therapist. In addition to her tertiary education Olivia has worked as a private in-home support worker in aged care, assisting with social support and community engagement. She has also worked with kids and young people both 1:1 and in group settings as a tutor and peer mentor, helping students to reach personal milestones and build their self-confidence and resilience.

Olivia enjoys support work as it allows her to work with people from all walks of life to reach their goals, learn new skills and build confidence. She holds a strong belief that everyone should feel valued, respected and listened to, despite any barriers they may face. Olivia loves helping people feel more in control of their lives.
