
He is one of the founders of Vis-Ability Support Services. He plays a key role in overseeing service delivery, primarily managing the implementation of support plans, resource coordination, relationship management, and providing support and guidance to both Vis-Ability Support Services staff and the Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching teams.
Mahir is committed to ensuring that every participant receives high-quality, person-centred support tailored to their individual goals and needs. Through his leadership and hands-on approach, he works closely with both clients and staff to promote positive outcomes and continuous service improvement.
In addition to his practical experience in the disability sector, Mahir has completed tertiary education in Health Sciences, majoring in Health Science and Movement Science, as well as studies in Disability Services. This educational background provides him with a strong understanding of health, wellbeing, human movement, and the diverse support needs of people living with disability.

He is continually working alongside the Vis-Ability Support Services team to enhance the way support is delivered, ensuring clients receive the best possible care, opportunities, and outcomes.
