Meet Jaala,
She is one of the founders of Vis-Ability Support Services and oversees daily operations including staff scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and client appointment coordination, helping deliver a seamless experience for both clients and support workers. If you contact us, Jaala will often be the first person you speak with and will work closely with you to understand your needs and how we can best support you.
Jaala brings extensive experience in administrative roles, along with a strong understanding of what it means to be an effective and compassionate disability support worker. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service and person-centred care is reflected in everything she does.
In addition to her professional experience, Jaala has completed tertiary studies in Management, Small Business Management, and Business Sales, giving her a strong foundation in leadership, business operations, and client-focused service delivery.
Jaala’s hobbies include:
- Spending time with her family
- Baking (and eating the baked goods)
- Binging TV shows
- Going for walks
Jaala is passionate about ensuring that every client who works with Vis-Ability Support Services receives the highest level of person-centred care. Whenever possible, she continues to provide direct support to clients, allowing her to better understand their individual needs, learn what works best for them, and continually improve the services provided by the team.
