A kind and compassionate support worker who brings her effective communication and interpersonal skills to the Vis-Ability Support Services team. Cailey is in her 3rd and final year of her bachelor’s in psychology degree. On top of her studies Cailey has worked as a resident advisor within a residential college coordinating house activities and events, working to create a safe and supportive environment, and supporting students with their social and mental well-being.
