Velma
Meet Velma,
An understanding, passionate, and knowledgeable support worker with the Vis-Ability Support Services team who possesses great communication skills. Velma is currently completing her Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy degree and has completed a Bachelor of Social Work degree. She has extensive experience within the support sector from working as a support worker in different settings, a case worker, social worker, and as an assistant in nursing.
Velma’s hobbies include:
- Working out
- Retail therapy (aka shopping)
- Spending time with loved ones
Velma enjoys support work as it allows her help others work towards their goals and be a part of that journey.
