Morgan
Meet Morgan,
A compassionate, empathetic, adaptable, and playful Team Lead of the Vis-Ability Support Services support work team. As the Team Lead, Morgan works with the support workers to deliver high quality person-centred supports to all the people we work with. Morgan uses his extensive experience within the support sector to not only guide the support work team on how to achieve the best outcomes for the people we work with but also head out himself and directly support them. He has also completed a Bachelor of Sports Science degree which allows him to integrate an element of fitness into the support plans he creates in conjunction with someone’s goals.
Morgan’s hobbies include:
- Fitness and Wellbeing
- Spirituality
- Sports (he played football/soccer professionally in Wales)
- Meeting new people and socialising
Morgan enjoys support work as it allows him to connect with people from different backgrounds and walks of life, and spending time to get to know them. He mostly enjoys the opportunity support work provides to make a positive impact on someone’s life.
